The Magic of Secondhand
Just like finding a hidden gem, our clothes are pre-loved, giving them a second life. This means they might have minor wear that's normal for gently used clothing. Think of it as character! We inspect everything meticulously, and any significant quirks (like a tiny pinhole) will always be clearly noted in the bundle's description. Our commitment is to provide high-quality, wearable secondhand clothing that you'll be excited for your kids to wear.
Our Commitment to Quality
We stand by the quality of our bundles. However, if you receive an item that has a significant defect not mentioned in its description – such as a tear, prominent stain, or broken zipper – we absolutely want to make it right.
Defective Item Returns
Eligibility: If you find a defective item as described above, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your bundle. We might ask for photos of the defect to help us help you faster.
How to Return:
Email us with your order number and a clear description/photos of the defect.
Once confirmed, we'll send you instructions for mailing the item back.
Resolution: After we receive and inspect the item, we'll either refund you for that specific item's value or offer a suitable replacement if available. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
"Not Your Style" & Our Next-Gen Pass-On Program
We get it – sometimes an item just isn't quite your vibe, even if it's perfectly described and in great shape. Because of the unique, curated nature of our secondhand bundles, we cannot offer refunds for items based solely on personal style preference.

All returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of return authorization.
Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition you received them.
Please include your original order number or proof of purchase.
